1. Determination of drying room
The rotary flash dryer handles the evaporation intensity of some materials. The volumetric heating method is the theoretical design method of the rotary flash dryer. However, the key volumetric heating coefficient in this method is difficult to determine, so it lacks operability. Evaporation intensity method is an indirect method of volumetric heating method, as long as there is a certain amount of experimental data, it can be calculated, and it is a method commonly used in industrial design. The evaporation intensity method calculates the volume of the drying chamber according to the amount of evaporated water and the evaporation intensity, and then calculates the effective height according to the relationship between the diameter and the height.

Another method is to calculate the required air consumption through material balance and heat balance, and then determine the diameter of the dryer according to the air speed range.

3. The height of the dryer and the graded particle size
The hot air from the hot air distributor enters into the drying room through the annular gap in a tangential direction, and the materials in the drying room are driven by the hot air blowing and driven by the agitator to spirally move upward. When studying the fluid movement of small particles under the action of centrifugal force field, the effect of gravity is very small, so it can be ignored.

4. Application of rotary flash dryer
